ABOUT

Yiasou (pronounced “yah-soo”)

That’s Greek for “hello” . . . and “goodbye” . . . and “cheers!” Wait, what?

When I first heard the Greek word, Γεια σου (“Yiasou”), I thought it was interesting how one word could mean both “hello” and “goodbye.” How could that be? Then I thought it may make a good name for a creative storytelling studio like this one. After all, what’s more emotional than “hello” and “goodbye?”
